Where to buy Allure of Death and Shadow Compact?

Besides Neriak, got killed in there twice as an Erudite Necro. I've searched Paineel and the POK (necro and SK merchants) with no luck. I have to keep an eye on the bazaar, but other than that, are there any merchants that have these spells? Thanks.

Both can be found on Heretic Ceikon in the Library, and Hundle Quatvel (sp?) under East Freeport.
