neg charisma good or bad?

hello i have played EQ for along time and my necro was born in 99. i have just recently started playing her again. before i knew i had neg charisma gear to help with fear kiting. i actually had a neg charisma in my stats. recently i noticed that the lowest charisma i can get now is 1. I was wondering if EQ has nerfed the neg charisma fear kiting thing or not. should i keep all my neg charisma gear or trade it in for int gear?

any info would be helpfull thanks

You can keep your geer. I have little charisma and have no problems. We're not supposed to be liked anyway :)

Matter of opinion there. My cha is relatively high (>198). As for cha affecting fear, I don't think cha ever had an effect on fear. I will disagree with some here who think it has nothing to do with charm however. I have tried it both ways and through my own tests, I have shown that cha does help in charm duration (albeit a small amount).

One thing for sure for you.. you make more money with higher cha... lol!
