search is busted

I tried several things and got an error page. So, I'm like ok, time for an experiment, typed in "pet" and got the same thing.

it's got some conditions and if you make an error it's not exactly user-friendly... from what i can tell, you can't search for anything three letters or less... it also defaults to 30 days or newer, which often will come up with nothing on something you expect to find 'cause it's a bit older

"pet" and got the same thingyeah that won't work as it is under 4 characters.

My guess is that you are getting errors as it appears that "All Forums" is not coming up as the default search if you are not in a specific forum, so it will return 0 results.

I can see what I can do about it, but might not be much we can do from the software end of things.

I would like to see searchable phrases, or thread (or event topic) must include such and such words/phrase and maybe declude others, like nice boolean conditions for a google search :)

like for instance:
