- The following LDoN spell research recipes have been disabled: Death's Despair, Instinctual Panic, Eidolon Bellow, Soulless Panic, Angstlich's Echo of Terror, Jitterskin, Unholy Bellow, Shadow Bellow, Call of the Muse, Guidance. Just a heads up, as expected the DoN spells are no longer researchable - which although it funded a lot of research for me is a very good thing. Those 61 and 62 parchments can go back to being worthless.

I anticipated tehy would fix it with this patch as the Dev's were very much openly aware of the recipes since the last major patch. I would've figured it would be something they could disable server-side without a patch but I guess not. I would've thought that the ease at which the parchments were obtained (especially the more common 61's and 62's) that this would create a bigger urgency than it did.

It is a good thing they did it IMO,Grubby parchments on the 7th hammer were going for double the price of 61,63,and 64 parchments. It was a bitch trying to make my guild 62 lvl spells because peeps were sploiting this so bad.

Wow, I don't have any of those LDoN spells.

Were any actually useful for higher level necros or did all supplement lower level spell choices?

Indeed, Used Parchments were going for >8k while Fine Parchments were in the neighborhood of 4-5k on Drinal... I had stopped buying them when they went up beyond 3k. The only real saving grace I find with this is that the 61 and 62 spells were quite often available for sale cheaper than they would be to make them even at ~1k a parchment.

But it doesn't matter now, 61 and 62 spells will go back to being made very easily... now if someone would supply enough 63 parchments for me to make a serious run to 300 :P It was so sad last night I did 134 (to be exact) level 63 spell combines... 6 skill ups... /sigh, think I put in >4 hours on subcombines... at least it will go faster this next time as now I have nearly every thickener/ink/quill/spell for 63 spells in the book. Wish there was a huge demand for a single level 63 spell... I would love to make just 200 copies of "Embracing Darkness" but somehow I doubt I would make the combine cost (>400k) back very quickly...

Think the only 2 LDoN spells that were researchable were: Call of the Muse, Guidance both of which if I am remembering correctly created nodrop versions of the spells and neither were Necro useable. The other spells were from DoN and are purchaseable for 75-120 crystals a pop at either DoN camp. The fears are also possible Ethereal Parchment turn-in rewards.

Ldon spell may not have been useable except to sell back to ldon vendors if possible for points. I wish I'd know about these pre-patch :(

I wish I'd know about these pre-patch I hadn't thought of selling those back, but then there is precious little in LDoN that I would take, except for Horror, the Pet Rune, and extended Torment, none of which have I earned enough points in a single theme to purchase anyways even if I had the points to purchase them.

i'm bummed the dropped call of the muse for bards... this is the DoT-boost version of the L64 bard song... the DD version is fairly common (parchment), but many bards do not have the DoT version due to it being LDoN-only (SOE screwing necros again) <_<

Well at least I was able to get 17,000 radiant crystals before the nerf. Now the price of them will go back up and I can make another killing off the 2,000 I have left. :)

I think the price of Radiants was single handedly dropped to 80 on Saryrn because of me and a guildie...
