I wanted to point out a spot which seems really good for 10-<20. Lavastorm =) Its really close to everything and tons of drakes, imps, goblins. Another nice plus are the tasks you can get from the DE in the merchant camp, why not get exp from the mobs as well as from a simple slaughter task right next to your kill spot. Plus your right next door to Najena(new hot zone) when you get close to 20.
Kurns has always been a favorite of mine but I am favoring outside zones. to aggro/fear kite.
