where to hunt at 34

hey necropheliack here was wondering of a good place to solo at lvl 34 im sick of highkeep majorly i hate ot and dwarves are nice but kinda bored with that to sense i leveled every caster i had on them in butcher block any info or anything would be greatly appreciated on places to hunt and solo strategies im pretty twinked for my level and have a horse and about 90k in gear now so taking a yellow isnt a problem at all any feedback be greatly appreciated :)

A few suggestions outside of the typical OT run at that level would be Greate Divide fighting Tizmaks, Giants, wolves. Tower of frozen shadow , Iceclad Ocean

It seems to me at about level 34 I soloed in Feerott, there's a place where there is a single spectre not far from the RM zone. He popped in just about the time it took me to med up, didn't have adds, actually ran into very little trouble with PKers as they assumed anyone in the zone was too low to bother with (if that is a problem). Sometimes conned red, but twinked up, should be able to handle him okay.

At level 34 I was hunting in two different spots.

My first option was in the Misty Thicket. Once you enter the zone from the PoK, cast gather shadows, there is a druid that runs the trail and you most likely will be KoS. Stay invisible and go past the hole in the wall, right past the wall you will see 2, sometimes 3 halfling guards standing there, that's what you are going to fight.

The hardest part is breking the spawn, I had not so good equip at level 34 and was fine, so I would expect that your equip is either better or about the same.

Cast you pet and med up to 100%. Pull one of the guards with darkness and sick your pet on the other one, as he will come and charge you. Fear the first and the unload on the the one your pet is fighting. DO NOT try to FEAR the 1st guard and then take on the second one, if you do that, the the 1st guard will go get his other buddies in the zone and then your done.

there is also good loot about 2-5pp and the guards always drop a spear which sell for 10pp at the vendors.

Once the guards turn light blue, go to the East Commons and fight the Rangers at the Ranger spire. Here you also have to break the spawn, but it is much easier, because you can fear one and then fight the one that comes after you. you pretty much just have to darkness and fear and let your pet do the rest.

At 34 i was soloing in DSP very well.

There is a safe spot between GE zone and the mushroom building. Its actually between a small hill and the building, near a couple of trees and a few rocks.
Park you pet there and pull zelniaks and sometimes the tribesman that wonder around. Zelniaks are not sociable making it much easier.

Do not get in the middle of the 2-3 rocks near the trees. That's a spawn place for blood wolves and they will tear you apart at this level. That's a triggered spawn, so as long as you don't get near those rocks, you'll be fine.

Also don't enter the shroom building as they will all aggro to you and can kill you in no time.

At 34 I would suggest two places, both great exp and cash.

1. West Commons Druid Circle- Combo of druids/rangers will pop there. The trick is breaking the spawn. Normally you should wait until they start casting a spell. Send pet onto the one casting and then fear the other. Just do the usual fear kiting for the one that is on your pet, if you don't fear it will cast some nasty DoTs and such on you. If the other one breaks fear and the other one isnt dead, re-fear if you must, or just nuke the almost dead one. Spacing the spawn will be key, as you will need some mana, although it only takes a cast of VoS and a few taps. Drop Fine Steel, Bows, and jewels.

2. Steamfont Mountains Watchman Halv- He is on the way to the Windmills. Make sure first of all that Watchman Mylz (I think) is no where near, as he will aggro and doubles for 100. All you do is pull him with Darkness, send pet and begin casting fear immediately, he will destroy pet if you let them melee against each other. Then just stack on a few DoTs, tap once or twice and he will go down very fast. Halv will resist a few times, so be prepared for that. Drops Fine Steel and some ringmail.

The Druid/Ranger combo can take you from 34 to 40-41, while Halv can take you to around 44.

what i did from 34+ is : OT at 34-39 then DL but mostly LDoN at 39-44 then after that i soloed from 44-49 in DL at the Plaguebone thief's camp and its pretty good if you can keep the pulls going after you get each one down to 30%hp right now im 49 and grouping in the planes, mostly PoJ. <_< i hope this helps a little

was just wondering how much exp percent a kill it is on the feeroot spectre i currently got new gear now and 100k horse so shouldnt be a problem but i want to know if exp is actually worth it

Dinged 34 last night. I'm looking forward to camping Halv and becoming KOS to my people. It fits in nicely with my character bio. :)
