i have a lvl 24 dark elf necro on server lucin veeshan and i really don't know were to hunt at all so if there are any suggestions or anything on what armor is good and places to hunt post please?

You should be able to handle the boglings or the needlites in Echo. You actually should be able to tap tank them to get your Defense Skill up for those AC increases.

I agree neeles were great at this level. Just read the travels i have done i mention many places to hunt at your level.

i preffered kiting in Marus seru ( mostly non social mobs) and tank tapping shrroms in dsp at that level.

Where were you fighting in Marus Seru? I remember making a few attempts there and always getting trained to hell because of some absurdly large agro radius. But that was long ago and didn't try too many spots in the zone.

as i remember i always arrgoed there , everytime i monster of the same social class would see me fighting it would add in MS , not sure what monsters you were pulling. Do tell because there was plenty to pull just hard not to get adds. Mobs seem to spwn even on the walls.

Even thou i got adds in MS it was very easy to kite them , and once i hot 27 it was really easy with dooming darkness.

If you have some money to spend (or not it just speeds it up) buy some DS potions, they stack with banshee aura, and do nettlites and boglings in echo caverns lower side. The only thing that sucks is if the camp is taken (which it is alot.) You can max out dodge and defense here and get to 30 reasonably quick (slowly taking more and more bog camps.)

I most certainly recommend Mars Seru: Take the Nexus stone in PoK, then exit the Nexus to the north into Netherbian Lair. Take a right at the pillar to head to MS.

I think what was mean by "non-social" was non-kos. You can kill any mob there (other than the recurso or guards) with no faction hits. Yes, similar mobs will assist one another. That is why you can't just kite anywhere.

This zone is where I learned to fear kite well. I suggest the zone tunnel to Mons Letalis as you will get remarkably less adds there and near Sanctus Seru. Just fear kite them all day long from one of those spots....very easy and fast xp.

As for equipment, try to look for +int items untill you max out your INT. I wish I still had the link from when I created my necro it was very old (written before Velious perhasps even) and it told you anything you would want to know, like what equipment to buy cheap and what strategies to use to kill things. Maybe one of the older necros here has that link if it is still around.....I could not find it.

I'd stay in MS until around 31 or so, and then head to Dawnshroud Peaks. One of the absolute greatest things about necros (to me) is that they don't need a lot of great equipment to be able to do great things. Hell, I was still using +10hp/+10mana items at 62 and was just obliterating mobs in PoN. I've done more fun things with this character than I have in the last 6 years combined with my 70 cleric (who needs uber equipment just to support a group). So hang in there.
