Well most probably know this already but I feel the need to add this here anyway
Between levels 46 to 48 I would advise on not using our level 39 CoB spell to gain mana.
The most efficent way to get mana I found is using KEI ( 14 mana per tick ) in conjunction with PoT9 ( 8 mana per tick ) giving us a whopping 22 mana per tick standing. This is 2 mana per tick better also than our own Lich spell which we get at lvl 49 also
