Enchanters don't have the mana to give.
Well.. the mana regen to support it over time.
Honestly, Enchanters have the worst mana regen of all INT casters.

Change it so that they either break even then once the recourse is done, or so they come out a head after casting?
Honestly I know little about Enchanters, don't they have some self only mana drains that give them more mana than they spend?

personally I dont use MW/MF unless its absolutely necessary because its such a drain on my own mana pool. only time I use any mana giving is newly rezzed cleric and so on by twitch, load both twitch spells and double bang those till I either run out or cleric says stop.
I hate being everyones mana bitch so to say I just load dots and run screw the extra mana to an enchanter they have a mana recourse of ttheir own and personally if the recourse put me back to same amount used or just ahead of the mana taken to use it I might think of using it.

Well MW/MF for free after a GoM proc isn't so bad, you actually give yourself extra mana when you do that too.

I always have Mind Wrack up in a group. And sometimes twitch, depending on where I'm hunting. I don't mind sharing my mana. Just like clerics don't mind healing you and tanks don't mind tanking.
I would take a better way to transfer the mana via twitch though, maybe an AA like Cannibalization where the scale is more massive.
Either way, I don't care, I don't run OOM in groups. Unless it's one of those long fights on a named where I have to keep the cleric's mana flowing, then it's a bit annoying.
