So there I was in HoH trying to get some AA. I was planning on only being there 1/2 hour with double XP vet AA popped on. Nice, I'm the only one there! Well I am kiting away very hapily and life is good.

What is that I see, someone in my path? A quick /who reveals it is a level 70 wizard from some no name guild that I have never heard of. Oh well, usually people will just see the room is camped and leave or ask to join.

Next kite, and the dude is still there standing like a moron. All of a sudden he starts nuking my mob mid kite. He kill steals the mob (no xp for me) then sends me a tell "Oopps I'm just helping you, guess that is what I get for being able to nuke for 8900"

I'm thinking wtf are you kidding me? He is "helping me" by taking my xp? The next thing just pisses me off even more: He fucking loots the mob!!!??? He is looking for meat he says! WTF what a jack ass. I am dumbfounded! He "graciously" lets me take the spectral parchment (which I don't really need nor care about all that much"

I am thinking this guy is half retarded in real life so I say "you want meat, take these" and I give him what I had, 6 or so. Thinking he would leave. He tells me "My guild is raiding so I don't have long". Mercy me you son of a bitch you mean you won't help me?? wtf what a moron! Few more kites and another ks later he has the balls to tell me "my guild is in PoR and I do not have that expansion so I can help you longer" OMFG, your kidding me? At this point he asks "what are you here for?" WTF you FUCKING MORON!!!! you ever heard of xp? I tell him "AAXP"

I had it and began to camp. You want to know the last thing I see on the screen? His fucking retarded ass comment "I have 839 AA". WTF do you think I give a shit about what you have?

Reminded me of how much I can hate this game. What a FUCKING MORON!!!!!!! Entire zone was empty. What a fucker! :angry:

Yes, that is why I just logged. I think he really believed that he was helping. I certianly would not train anyone for something like that. I only trained someone once and that was long ago when another guild, intentionaly trained a raid that my old guild was on. Vindictive is a whole other ball game from stupid. I guess I take a small part of blame for not just saying go away. I was just too angry and shocked at what I was hearing.

So being pissed off and screaming at your computer (the impression I get) and having your gaming experience ruined, is better then giving someone a fairly strong hint that you don't want them or their help?

Kind of a moot point nowadays. I don't need exp..and I "toy with my food" a bit more now..like gradually increasing the number of mobs in my camp and seeing when they gate out or leave. That or root 5-10 mobs around him and fd. There's no need to be real direct when you're generally just farming plat or tradeskill components.

I do like the train him idea. I did that to someone the other day, was kiting in NC and a beastie decided to attack my murk with him and his pet....he KS'd me then laughed about it in ooc....next thing he knew i pulled one of Jeb's Spanish Pulls on him. Gotta find the screenshot, but man....run to WoS, get on my drog, kick in HS and run like mad to the NC trench =P thats a BIG train. one bazu warped on me, he sends in his pet, i FD and then like 900 mobs warped on him and he died in like 2 seconds. there was so many mobs on the screen i almost went LD...couldnt get in the "Ole." before he died however. :(
