Do Focus Effects Stack?

This may sound like a stupid question, but I was just wondering if I had 2 items with Burning Affliction III, would it make a difference?

I think the only things that stack and make a difference is things like Flowing Thought and Regeneration, like Flowing Thought 5 and Flowing Thought 3 stack and make FT8, and Regen 5 and regen 3 make Regen 8... dunno if theres any others but im pretty sure those two stack

There is also an effect called "aura of battle" that works like flowing thought and "aura of health" (regen)
