I hate to ask these things, but I can't seem to get any consistent information:

What levels can do LDoN raids? I have been told only those 62+ can, and I have also been told they are like the LDoN groups, and are tailored to your level. I'd hate to drag a raid party there only to find that we can't even get started. Does anyone know of any good sites that explain loot, group size requirements and caps, death limits, mob type and level, loot drops, etc.? I am trying to find some first hand knowledge or good websites.

Thanks for all your help! :D

Aryse, the ldon raids in my experience are very difficult...and even when you win are a significant waste of everyone's time. The mobs at the zone in triple 880+ on the easy raids, and scale significantly at the end. I don't think there are too many guilds doing them consistently. I talk cross-servers to alot of different guilds, and most top guilds raid 2-3 times a week, time being one of them, and maybe 1 ldon raid to have something to do. I believe they are for 62+ only... and they're not very well done imo. Risk vs. Reward is way off-scaled...there are several that are still bugged, ie you do everything right and key npc's don't spawn when they're supposed to, so you run out of time. Death counts just suck. There really isn't much positive I can say about my experiences in ldon raiding.

Pretty much what was going through my head after our last few ldon raids can be summed up here....http://www.hossguild.org/index.php enjoy.

Heh, I wasn't so worried about loot or how hard the encounter was really, I basically expect a massive failure on anything we raid right now anyway. I was really hoping for the closed environment with the familiar access route though. But most people in our guild move up to our parent guild at level 55, so I will have to explore other options.

On a similar note, any suggestions for raids for 8-12 people, who will probably be about lvl 46-55? On Sullon we always end up with the additional problem of having to deal with PKers on the way to our raid site. And unfortunately, atm our parent guild has not been able to support our members on raids.

More than anything I am trying to build up raid habbits (listen to raid leader, CR is part of raid, only talking about raid in raid channels) and teach the absolute basics (we do a lot of explaining how to join a chat channel, speak in /rs, commands to accept raid invite and remove yourself from the raid, MT and assists, etc. really basic beginner stuff jsut to give you an idea). And mostly I just need a safe environment to work on that kind of simple stuff.
