LDoN as Exp Zones

Is doing LDoN missions a valid way of grinding at lower levels (ie 40ish) or would I be better off grinding normally, any then just hitting LDON later? i know that at lower levels the adv points are a joke so getting them isnt really an issue at this point

Ldon isnt very good exp unless you are the lowest in the group, Your group dosent break up after each adventure.
I found leveling the old fashion way to be faster in most cases.

Compared to "regular" leveling, you're probablly more likely to fail/die in an LDoN adventure, so I say better to reserve LDoN for "fun time" as opposed to "leveling" time.

I leveld in LDON from 39 to 42. Each normal adventure netted me a yellow and a half of xp per adventure.

If you log in find a group and do an adventure, plan for about 2 hours total from log in to adventure completion. If you can put together a group which walks through the adventures, then the XP is extremely good if they stick together. The time to get a second adventure after the first is about 10 mins. We did 3 adventures backtoback in 2 hours and I made 4.5 yellows of xp.
