What are the requirements to get into PoM and where is it located?

PoM is south of the PoK book in GD, on the other side of the zone. The creek(which runs thru the whole of GD) runs into a small cave in which there is a doll house... Click on the doll house and you zone in. At your level is you are high enough. :)

Not sure of level limit, but I was there at 52. Zone out is a tree near zone in and takes you to CS.

PoM is UBER exp...

First...if you are below 55 try and get in a kite group at the entrance.

If you can get into an Ample Ape, BB(B-something bunny) camp, you are golden. This is the best exp single groupable in PoM, and there is AWESOME EXP TO BE HAD. In fact its the best I know of at my level(57).

ALSO...the Ample Ape drops this: Robe of Dissolution (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=24802)

I am asking because I plan on soloing it. Also group with my GF (57 Wiz) and her uncle (52 Dru) alot. Withing PoM is there a good place for the 3 of us to hunt?

The yard trash right at the entrance to the zone is great for kiting at the mid-50s lvl range. All mobs are single pulls, tho they like to resist the snare alot at that level.

At least one, maybe two, named also spawn closer to the castle. Don't pull them unless you like summon kiting, which is a fun skill to master in HoH if you have a good druid puller (yes, they do serve at least one good purpose). In any case, I wouldn't recommend pulling named until you're ~61 if you're duoing w/ another (summon kiting + aggro bouncing is hilarious to watch *snicker*).
