Splurt nerf?

Is it just me, or has splurt been nerfed recently? I'm sure it used to do 203 damage on the last tick, but lately it's been doing 191 on both the last two ticks (though I haven't tried it since the patch).

Not that I'm complaining about losing a whole 12 points of damage, it just seems like an odd thing to nerf unless it's an unexpected side-effect of another change.

I know it used to hit 203 with Extended affliction, but not since the burning affliction change came out a while ago.

It used to hit 203 without EA. Ive never had that focus effect and mine always hit for 203 on last tick. Up until the BA upgrade, anyways.

I dont remember it ever doing 203 as long as I had it with doom. I think the top end was like 191 or 198.. dont remember now.. but never over that with no BA item.

Personally I have noticed that the second to last tick will do a max of 229hp with BA4 and the last tick never does more than 221. Go figure :rolleyes:

:huh: My mobs never live long enough for that, but I group mostly. I like to cast it as a low agro to start off thing then teh tanks get serious when it is finally hitting hard and it seems to hit more than disease based spells.
