Hi im a new iskar necro and lvl 3 but i need ways to make good plat i know to lvl in FoB but i cant use a bazaar or pok atm im on the new Combine progression so traveling is hard so whats best way to make some plat to buy my spells lvl 3 and only 4 lvl 1 spells

Well, i see your level 6 now. Checked eqplayers, I think fastest way would be to just kill greenies and what not and sell the stuff they drop. Once your 10? ish go to kurns tower, loot bone chips, and normally you can sell them in the bazaar. Im not really sure on how else to make money, best of luck to you

Pup hides can be turned in to the merchant accross from the enterance of the Monk guild area. He gives armor pieces in return for a bag full which in turn sell for gold you can buy spells with. Bag can even hold non hides too so if your hurting for cash that badly atm you can use it to carry more loot for selling between bank runs. Once you get up to 10 i'd move to WC for the wisp.

It's tough for the first few levels, but once you hit the teens you'll be getting enough plat from mobs to afford the spells you need.

Also, be smart about what you purchase. Try to buy your pet upgrades every four levels, along with DoTs, Snare (once you get Dooming Darkness, don't bother upgrading again for a long time), Self-Shielding, Lifetap (you can also skip a few of these as the DPM doesn't change that much in many of the early upgrades and you won't have the mana pool to cast the highest level ones when you really need them), and a few essential utility spells (invis, bind, gate).

There are a whole bunch of other spells from L1 to L50+ that have limited to no use that you can put aside 'till plat is not an issue anymore. Basically, don't buy 'em until you end up in a situation that you can use it. You might go ten to twenty levels without killing undead, for instance, so no reason to buy all the incremental nuke upgrades in beteen.

Tradeskill stuff sells well on the Combine as well. Skins, spider silks, etc. Trade channel is /join bazaar:bazaar and once you save a few stacks, tradeskillers may come to you to buy stuff.

I would buy the first undead nuke you get, but after that ya I wouldnt buy another undead nuke till your 50+ as your better off dot'ing mobs not nuking. The first spell will allow you to keep your evoc skill maxed by casting it on your pet so when you do need that lifetap to save your butt it wont fizzle on ya.

Otherwise, i'd agree with most of Rijak's spell info... alot of your spells be gotten every other upgrade up to the mid 40 range, but you will want to get every pet upgrade you can plus your utilities.

I agree. The problem is no LoY zones on the Combine for a few months, though ToFS is this week.

My bad, forgot this was a progression server thread, in that case Kaesora 4tw from 38-45, think I did ToFS at 32-40.
