Question on lower level quest from qeynos

Ok, I think this one may be specific to bertox human necros, but I am not sure. A while back i was doing some random quests involving some zombie guy in the catacombs. After I finished that I got another to kill some dwarf trumpy irontoe I believe was his name. I had to take his head back and was given his skull to take to lord grimrott. Supposedly this guy spawns in the skeleton area in south karana. I have never gotten him to spawn by any method people have posted before. I started this quest when I was like 20 and would really like to get rid of that stupid dwarf skull. Anyone know how to get this lord grimrott guy to spawn?

Lord Grimrott was a pretty rare, highly contested spawn back in the day. He is used in several quests (one is a shield for paladin/clerics that was fairly nice). He was always a rare spawn and there were numerous rumors on how to spawn him (like killing every left-handed undead there was or the undead wandering cyclops). :rolleyes:

I think you more or less have to get lucky with him and just keep checking when you go through the area. There are also two versions of him (Undead and Not Undead) if I remember correctly, but I can't remember how they work.

Yeah that sounds familiar. I am not sure what reward I even get by doing this quest. I am guessing it will be pretty useless now at 65, but I would like to finish it anyway. Thanks for the input.
