Vak`Dra was broken at least before this patch, anybody confirm the stacking issues still exist or not?

The stacking issues still exist and I haven't heard anything new recently. Code is likely still looking at it. The last time I inquired was for last weeks weekly question, nada heard from that yet.

Are you still sending questions until a replacement is named..or should we do that on our own?

Well to be honest next to nothing has been answered on the q and a for months now (no suprise there). I've continued to ask things so have a few other correspondents, but to nada. Last week there wasn't a weekly question thread, but if there is one this week, I'll sound off on it so long as I have access to the forum still.

My best suggestion for you guys is to thoughtfully PM a developer on the top issues you want to see looked into.

For the bugs and patch issues I will always be happy to send that information up the chain asap as they just can't wait for these answers through the normal channels.

May I suggest the lack of lich scaling with mana expenditure or the lack of Vakk'dra's ability to be stacked by several necros?

OR Why is our lifetap upgade so small?
OR Can they add a +70 str component on to sigil and length the duration significantly?
OR Can lifeshards be removed or fixed?

As of last night, yes, Vakk'dra's is still bugged. My question is, are they planning on fixing the fact that this (one of the VERY few dps upgrades we got this expansion) spell is now pretty much unuseable (unless you're the only Necro in your raid or group, or are soloing), or are we stuck with even one more useless TSS spell to add to the collection? Do they even know it's bugged? I searched the eqlive boards and didn't see any posts on it (but granted, that board's search feature sucks and I might have missed it).

I realize there are alot of things broken atm, but that spell isn't exactly mana-free, and watching it wear off ten seconds after I cast it every night got really old, really fast.

I've told Rashere, and he's replied to that PM so I'm pretty sure "someone" knows. Prathun also read my PM on it, but no reply. Those PM's are almost a month old now..it'd be nice to see it get fixed.

Prathun will probably remove the EE proc component of the spell, which may be responsible for the stacking issues.

I've asked him to. That and to scale the dmg relative to the mana cost.
