I thought my monitor went poof because i could still hear the sound of combat but nothing on the screen! I just pulled the cable plug to go LD and try to survive haahhahaha

Yeah, I remember that. Drove me insane trying to whack the thing. First time had to be my Hfl Warrior. Went into Misty, headed to the Orc Camp (Only one back in 99) Figured I could solo them. Took a centurion and was blinded by the apprentice. I damn near thought I went Ld too. Lol. Luckily i survived that fight. 2 Centis and an App and I took them down. Had like 12 health though. :D

Hehe, first time I got feared was in Blackburrow (I'm pretty sure).

First time I got charmed was in the Gorge and I thought it was pretty darn funny. I was charmed and taken back to the an area I'd never been before with a throne and Minotaurs. I actually remembered how to scoot out of there and survived. I remember pacing back and forth and hitting as many keys as I could to try and figure out what was going on.

Oh, and my ogre shaman getting blinded by those stinking lizards. I thought I was dead and then I hear the sound of brief fighting. Blindness wore off and I watched as one of the guards continued on his merry way after splatting the lizards. hehe.

heh, First time I got charmed was in the old Cazic Thule with my rogue. I then proceded to drop the cleric, and druid, and wizard of our group and was working on the Tank when he zoned. I lauged my ass off.

First time i got Blinded was on my 38 troll warrior in dawnshroud by the Lightcrawlers.

First time i was feared was......never was.

First time i was mezzed though I was on my warrior again in an adventure and i ended up killing my entire group except for the other warrior in the group. Mez wore off and the 2 of us finished killing the mobs that were on us and both had less than 10 percent health.

First time this happened I was level 8 with my Necro in EC, didn't know what it was but when my screen went black I thought I went LD, but my comp was sitting there for a sec, so I do what I always do when I get pissed at EQ freezing, I just hit the power button and apologized for going LD to the group when I got back in.

but I had found out after the 2nd time, that it was in fact the mob and not just my computer.

my first time was in DSP also/. i was soling lightcrawlers(never did again) and suddenly the screens b;ack well i fugured my montior was busted so i SHUT OFF the computer via the power button. didnt play for about 2 months cause i thought my monitor was broken. hten i found my bro in my room playing on my comp and i asked how he had fixed the monitor and he had just truned the comp back on

funnier thing was he was playin EQ and soloing his druid in DSP at the light crawlers!!!

First charm.. I have never been charmed (lucky for my groupmates *giggles* )

Not the first time.. but.. the first time I tried the Tserinna, I was doued with a Paladin that "want'ed to help".. so the biatch spawns and instantly charms the Paladin.. who turns and attacks my servant. Leaving me to handle her basically alone.. which was not all that hard *winks* I love being a Necromancer.

My GF who sadly plays a Pally was fighting in DSP and got blinded by a light crawler. She called me into the room in a panic that the monitor wasn't working. It took me a few moments to figure out what happened.

Funny, the first time I was mezzed was when I did it myself with my Enchanter. I just got the first AoE Mez and must have mezzed myself 3 or 4 times in one fight before I realized that icon with the red around it was a BAD THING! I don't think anyone died though. We were at the Sarnark Fort in LoIO (and I think I was helped by the fact some of them actually Mez, can't remember though).

I remember being charmed once and some guy was yelling at me because I was killing him. (heh heh).

I haven't been charmed since solb sigh. I keep on wanting to be....but the most I get is mezzed which is a joke, OH NO I can't do anything until something hurts me!(sarcasm) heh, time to go get coffee. Blind, I think it was actually in oasis by a madman, charm...I've been begging for the birds in fire to do it, no luck tho...I have to fd or they kill me first. There's hope with Gates mobs though! /g enchanter mob inc, and Lifeburn is UP! /grin.

First time I was feared and blinded was by the evil eye in East Karana...Ran from the Gorge entrance just about to the Crag Spider hill...somehow still won the fight though :)

Never charmed, cuz I ain't high enough level to fight mobs that do that <grin>

Also, anybody ever thought what would happen if Jeb WAS charmed, in his current state? A helluvalotta toons would see "LOADING, PLZ WAIT..."

Hehe, first time i was blinded i thought i was disconnected, but i heard fighting so couldn't be that, then i thought that my monitor was screwed up and i typed "AHHHH i can't see anything my monitor is messed up!!!!!" or something like that, and then "well i'm turning off comupeter be back soon" and got ready to turn it off, then i was unblinded and saw about 5 tells saying i was blind :lol:
I think it would be funny to be charmed lol, they wouldn't wanna kill you that bad since your a groupee but your still beating the crap out of them, lol....

first time i was blinded: orcs in EC thought i broke my friends monitor or something hehe he told me what was up.

First time charmed: paw oh yea that made me afraid to go behind the doors when we ran outa gnolls lol. least for awhile hehe

First time feared: veksar fighting lord sasil thank god i made it through the mobs before my fear wore off and he summoned me hehe so no adds! tell ya 1 thing i got my MR up there the next time i went to kill him hehe resist almost every time now :)

The first time I was blinded was on Tallon Zek server(PvP) and a friend logged and alt char of his that was in range to me :ph34r: He then proceded to try and PK me, I was holdign my own in the fight and all of a suddend Poof! screen goes black.....needless to say I have shamlessly employed this same trick on some of my friends that I introduce to the game ;)

Damn yesterday when I was playing my cleric I got my first blind spell. I really wanted to use it on myself to see what being blind was like. So I did. Bad mistake cause I was also in LoIO. Anyway I went blind and after 30 secs I was like, maybe I went LD cause blindness shouldn't last this long. So I am freaking out and then it comes back on, my group is almost dead and 4 mobs are on me. Not fun. But somehow I survied and rezzed the people that died. After I told them what happen they declared me a noob =) Yeah I got back though by going LD on em when they where dieing. HAHA

First time I was ever feared was by a friend when I was dueling in Kurns on my first necro hehe

First time I was charmed was more of the same dueling a friend on my chanter in Nro back in the golden days

And The first time i Was ever blinded Was by a pally i dueled..

I like to duel :( . Lol.
The scariest thing to ever happen though was when I used to do them oldschool dragon raids (vox and naggy) and the melee were called in first and by the time casters were called in you ran in and looked around and the dragon would AE fear everyone and half the raid would have a LD tag above theri had lol...First time it happened to me i was like o shitz is ggunna die now :(.
