Hey ya'll, I was just wondering what the best PK class is? Per-say, PK server.
Any clue?
Thanks!

I would almost think high end rangers, due to the fact that they could prolly kill any class in 30 seconds with the right conditions...
But i have been known to be wrong in the past.
Any class played well enough can probably beat any other class however.

I'd guess bard or monk due to runspeed, but that's just a guess.

Bard or Nec... I spent 4 1/2yrs on VZ and in that time I managed to pk just about every class that managed to rub me the wrong way even if they were higher lvl and better geared.
Bards were a pain cause if their ability to dispell most dots, run speed, healing ability.
Rest of the classes were a joke tho healers like clrs could be a pain... still they cant match our mana regen rate so it was just a marathon fight.

necros are great in the low end pvp, especially against a poorly geared foe.
Now a days, against a well geared foe, a necro is definately not in the top.
For griefing, perhaps a wizard with their instant nukes.
However, that will be nerfed soon.
If your in it for the long wall, a monk is pretty badass. But thats the long hall. 75, very nice gear 600 aa's or so.
Rangers are perhaps the best who can do it with the least. especially with true shot, and their chromag snare.
bow kiting will always be powerful tool.

Depends really at what level your talking. At the low end necs are still a really good class. At the highend mellees>silk class. Solo pvp for necs at the highend is broken very badly.
If I would reroll a new toon it would probably be:
1) Monk- overall best class
2) Ranger- weak indoors but pwn outdoors
3) Rogue- well geared and skilled they can kill
4) Druids- As far as casters I would probably go druid. Wizzies can deal more damage but druids are more survivable.
Beast for PvP but not necessarily the best killers:
1) Pallies- They are beast to kill solo 2.0 Epics are really tough
2) Shammies- Solid all around class. Tough to kill but there DPS in PvP is so low in todays highend world they don't get many PvP solo kills. Will wear you down though.
Best of the silk class:
1) Wizzies are the only class worth mentioning. Instant nukes and stuns. A well geared wizzie can PvP other silk class very well.
Until they unnerf some of the PoP era "class balancing" moves silks are a far cry away from being PvP dominant. Mellee weapons today and ability to stun casters from a country mile away makes it almost impossible to keep up with there dps output. Its hard to even get a spell off even with max defensive skills. Weapons hit harder with half the delay they had when PoP era PvP mods were implemented. But casters still have to deal with the nerf down of the spell damage and unrealistic PvP resist mods. When a nec has to cast there level 50ish spells like splurt and pyro to get any dots to land semi-regularly, it makes for tough sledding :D
Now this is written from the Zek server perspective as a solo pvp. Which is completely different from the bluebie arena fights were there are "rules" and known engagements settings. Group or Mass PvP (which is almost nonexistant today :( ) class value changes quite a bit.
PS Bards are only good for one thing and thats training. Other then that they are nothing more the a nuesance outdoors and fodder indoors.

It pains me to hear these things, come on necros where the hell are you? doesnt anyone have any balls anymore?
A necro can take anyone, if you are good and you know how to trick em well enough and you can out think your opponent then you should stop reaing this. But everyone else just sounds like no one has been practicing at all. I know im a ranter when it comes to Necros and berserkers but i used to play enough that i proved my favorite classes powers many times over. Its just a matter of your skill in the class dont go on what others tell you.
Find the class that you find best suites you that you like best and then play it. I have in the past considered class change for main many a time, but then something always changes my mind. your love for the class you choose will always do that. Theres always something. And remember dueling isnt everything for everyone but it was for me its all i cared about that and getting the gear to play with the best of them.
If your love for your class is true then you wont lose a duel because you will be playing the way a real duel is played full on tricks to the death and to lose a duel doesnt always mean death it can be that you have lost faith in your class when you did die. If you lose a duel but gave it your all then you never lost because losing is dieing in vein and if you let that happen then you should quite playing.
And remember in a duel. nothing is ever cheating. It is as they say... all is fair in love and war!

Well any class can be good i have seen warriors kick ass,but it is all a matter on how well u are geard and how u play ur char, over all i would go with a monk there not hard to get good and they are so fun in pvp, but if u are a realy good player and all u do is pvp go with a bard.
