I need the words for my lvl 24 pet spell but i cant ind possesion and i dont have enough for allure what should i do ?

Keep checking the zaar and/or vendors in PoK and the zaar to see if anyone sold them. Also check for someone selling the spell itself. Other than that, keep leveling. You'll be 29 before you even realize it. If need be you can agro kit easy enough with the lower lvl pet. It's not that big of a deal IMO.
