Natures darkness:
Be careful going there! You will more than likely get off the boat at the sisters island.(the place Doomfir is refering to is an ajacent island ) If you are of the dark race they will not like you..in so much that they will attack you!!
So before you go look up a map etc. so that you are aware of what you may meet.
But it is a great place..Somewhat out of the way in so far as banking etc but good fun!!
Be safe

You don't need to get off the boat at sister isle, which is the first official stop. Just ride the boat past the next island, known as "AC isle" for the Ancient Cyclops spawn, then jump off when you see the next isle with something that looks like a druid ring. This is Seafury isle. It's pretty hard to miss because it's crawling with cyclops, and Gornit the named hill giant is normally standing there as well.
As far as sister isle, the sisters are on kelethin warrior guild faction I think, but they're all very green to you except for Styria Fearnon, who used to be in her 40's and easy xp around lvl 50, but was buffed to est. lvl 60 around the time of kunark release. Her aggro range isn't anything special. Stay away from the huts, and don't let any low-lvl sisters flee from you to there, and you'll be fine. There are also some dwarfs on kaladimcitizen faction and a few lowbie pirates on the isle, nothing to worry about at your lvl.
OOT was one of the best zones in the original game for solo casters. I'm still amazed when I hear of people who are lvl 50+ and haven't hunted there before. It's definitely worth having a look at. There's also a lvl 50 dinosaur you can solo who drops gems such as diamonds.

Just some fyi.
Styria Fearnon seems unkillable now. Yes i tried. She doesnt summon anymore which is a good thing, but never saw her go below 99% hp with dots being stacked and refreshed.
You can stay on the boat till you reach fury island if thats your destination. No need to worry bout the others. One note, sometimes people like to leave a sea fury by the docks at sister island. They get on the boat and proceed to beat on whom ever is there. Would be the only thing you'd have to worry bout since you cant cast while on the boat.
