A nice place to hunt, with a great fear path, is in Dawnshroud Peaks, down below the Greig's End zone. Rather than pull into the zone area, move to the wall above it, and the mobs will stay high. This is a great spot for your 30's before you can safely move to the HG of Rathe or FG's of Great Divide.
Another great fear path is in Stonebrunt. Make the invis run through the Warrens, and angle right to the wall after you exit into Stonebrunt. Run along the wall, past the Kobold camp to the edge of the cliff. Set up camp here. Pandas / tigers / gorillas walk a path along the top of the cliff - simply darkness the mob you want, pet, then fear. The fear path is mostly in the little bowl area below you, very safe, never any adds. Nice loot too.
