In the Shissar instance (or was it the actual uninstanced zone with nobody in it?) everything was snarable and nothing summoned.
The golems cast a seemingly unresistable 2k dd every 45 seconds or so, and the shissar cast lots of necro spells. Fortunately pvp is totally screwed up so only pyrocor and some other pr nuke landed. The pr nuke though has a nasty snare component to it though, so make sure your pr is high.
Yeah nothing is Shisza seems to summon .. only thing is that mobs hit like mack trucks and have like 100-150k hp.

how and where do i get his instance, and how much hp do mobs in 69/1 or spiders in icefall have? to compare how long it takes to kill them
69.1 hard spiders have around 50k HP from the few parses of mine I've looked at. Icefall bears are in the range of 80-100k, as it takes me nearly twice as long to kill one. Not sure about spiders.

I like to kite Fate of the Combine, nothing summons, some up and down stairs, named is indiff so u can pull it out of a room of mobs with no aggro. I duoed it with my boxed wiz with a 13min timer, very easy once u figure out which mobs u have to kill. I have ally'ed my main and all 3 alts this way. 10 mobs and 4 named to kill u win (only kill the ones i need).
Pirate missions from Gus Longear appear to be kiteable. The first one required killing 8 each of 5 or 6 different types of mobs on the island, none of which summons. HP was similar to 69.1, possibly a bit more. Killing the 8 sharks might be a pain, as they won't come out of the water. The undead guys are also underwater but can be pulled out. The second mission was easier. Kill 30 cannibal humans and their leader, who cons red to 75 but doesn't summon either. He does have alot more HP and hits hard however. Pathing in these missions is pretty bad, often times what should be a single pull results in two or more mobs warping all over. If you stand on a slope, mobs below you tend to path all over the place and never get to you.
If you want doubloons/pirate faction is doable, personally I would just go to Katta and work the Serpent Slayer/Herb Retrieval quests simultaneously. I can pull 4-5aa an hour no lesson used there, but a better geared necro would probably run out of mobs.
