Made 42... now where

Yesterday, I made 42. I was in Gunthak and found that half of mobs are light-blue at 42.

Now where would you guys recommend?
I really don't care the money, I really need exp =)

Heheh, I made 42 yesterday in Gunthak also. I've heard that you/me should stay in Gunthak until 44, then get new spells and head to Plaguebones in DL.
