Farming plat...

I have never been one to farm plat mainly because I have limited time to play and I spend my time leveling and being on Rallos Zek trying to avoid Pk'rs which alone is a job at times. So lack of experience and knowledge has led me to this question considering my next 20 so level spells become more expensive and more time consuming to obtain.

Where, what and how do you guys farm plat?

I have read in one post a Nec can farm 10k in a few days. Well hook me up!!!! But I am hoping a few days is not 24 hours because like I stated my time is limited. So from a poor Necro living spells to spell where can I go to farm that I would be reasonably alone.

While exping in BW at 46 to 49. I was bringing in 1k worth of coin during the life of one C3. That isn't counting words, runes, gems, Giant Lord tunics, lumberjack cap, leg choppers and suck. So pulling in 1k worth of junk over one C3 was pretty cool. I'm just looking for exp at the time, but I wasn't turning down the money.

LoY has got a good amount of gems, mithril amulets & the like for what you're killing at that level... and at least on my server there are usually not more than half a dozen people (if that) in a zone at any time... Its not 10K in a couple of days (but I suspect that the 10K in a couple of days is based on being level 65 & decently AAd)

XP is also pretty good there, which is a bonus.

What does BW stand for?

I recently went to Gunthak and Dulak to help a Cleric get Temp....there is a bonus percent for exp there. The loot was great...I have not tried to go back alone except to get Luggald Organs for Auspice and well lets say the Luggald cave is OUT alone. However I can see where the Gunthak beach and the Dulak Zone would be easy enough to camp. On Rallos Zek it is pretty dead there except for those on quests.

I started doing the Luggald caves in Dulak at 49. I was alone. It can be done, you just have to watch your back, know where the wanderers will come from, and remember just about everything in this zone is on a spawn times of about 15 mintues.

By the time I got 2 organs, I was 51. Now I go to one of the two southern ships, whichever one is open. I can clear the smallest ship before I really have to rest, but I don't do that because everything starts repopping before I'm full again leaving little room to agro kite and that makes me nervous when I don't have room :huh:

The XP so-so (I'm an Iksar, but man that regen is really helping now. 7/13, 1 AA so far) since I can't handle the bigger boats by myself yet, but I'm out there for money. The best I've done out there was 1.5k in 4 hours. Got lucky with a few Blue Diamond drops and various other gems/jewelry. People so far have been polite in respecting boat camps. If you're on one with a Captain spawn, they may ask you for his spawn point. Me, I just let them have it since I can't use anything or don't want to bother selling what they drop (one drops a spell haste 2 item, but that won't help me now). They'll probably let you know if he's got a Lore Item too that they already have.

i played on rallos zek all the time u just need to know which guild and player are pk and which arent. the best place i find to get money is Hill Giants in the Rathe Mountains. every time u get 200pp (bout every 20- 30 min on a good day) jjust gate to PoK. keeps the pkrs from getting ya. to deal with them either go naked, or take a LOT of resist gear depends on what u have
