Wll here it is. I get bored pretty fast and get tired of 1% per kill put up the LFG tag and you wil be surprised how any peeps are wanting to grp with ya. One good adventure will make the EXP bar move pretty fast, but of course iut all depends on the groups you are getting. But all in all i have had a good time and made some new friends so try it you may be surprised.I am only 41 so i dont no if this works in to the uper levels

Well I'm not a big fan of Adventures at this point...I just got to 41 also and went LFG. Got in a group that was a bit lower lvl than me, went to East Commons for a normal difficulty, collect 26 mission. I got 1 orange bubble for the hour it took, and I hardly did anything. Half the mobs were lt blue, and even the harder mobs died within 30 seconds. Had a bard to charm/mez adds which wasn't even necessary. I was so bored that I kept leaving the group to solo hallways we skipped. In all it was pretty lame and we should have gotten a Hard adventure anyways. Unless I can get at least Venom of the Snake to last for full duration on most mobs, it just doesn't seem worthwhile.

in my experience.
you get to <insert camp you prefer here> put up LFG, wait 30 mins(at least) to get a group. then it takes another 30 mins(at least) to get an adventure the group can agree on. then you head to the zone in, 20 mins later the lost person finds the camp, you get buffed and you go in. you then have 90 mins to finish. by the time the 90 mins is done you have gotten 20%xp MAX, thats 2 1/2 hrs to get 20%, i did BW at 54 for 3 hrs and got that much, and BW at 54 the xp is SLOW. Adventures are overrated and the xp isnt good enough for me to go through all that, unless i can assemble a guild group or some of my friends want to go. which has yet to happen.
anyway my 1/2 cps worth

I do adventures with my cleric often but with Tsulle I haven't lately. I like doing hard adventures with Tsulle because otherwise, at lvl 52, the points and experience are not worth the effort. Hard adventures were a breeze until about lvl 50. Now I refuse to grab a pick up group and do a hard adventure... It seems everytime I do I end up grouping with a tank with less HP then me, or a cleric with Wis Maxed at 255 and 500 mana because they only bought WIS gear and need to med after every mob... of course wanting me to twitch them. Then of course you have the people who are so "uber" now that they are 55ish and decide to /q and leave the group stranded if something doesn't go their way... oh... or a guy who insists that he will tank, as a 52 BST, while the 55 SK acts as DPS.
I am blessed with 2 other mid 50s alts in my guild... a 55 chanter and 55 cleric... when we manage to find a good tank and a few others we're set. Otherwise I don't go much... at least not until I'm high enough to earn a decent amount of pts/win on a normal adventure.
As far as the concept of LDoN, I think it's great. My main is a 65 cleric in a family type guild and until LDoN came out it was pretty much impossible to have decent gear. LDoN Made made it possible for a lot of Upgrades that I otherwise could not have gotten. (My cleric's Stuff (http://www.magelo.com/eq_view_profile.html?num=772194))
So I sort of have mixed feelings about LDoN...

I like Ldonning for up to lvl 50 toons.. truthfully once I hit 46, I prefer planes over LDON.. Post 50, I found LDON xp slow.. normally the groups I group with (guildmembers) like to do the collect 26, or 27 ish and the sense of urgency of collecting before timer runs out can be sorta interesting, but somewhat frustrating when peeps are oom and 30 mins left u still need 15 mob drops to collect. xp is marginal at best. I just do em for the points, and augs.. lol If im xping, PoV still remains the best for me pre 62 with my necro.

I think at lower levels (sub 45) the xp is pretty good once you get into the dungeon. I usually get between 30 and 50% xp depending on the level of the group and the difficulty. If you take into account the travel time, group setup time and the split at the end, it is under what you can normally solo in that time.
Overall, i do LDoN's for the points and to get some use out of my nukes.

This is my first toon, and I leveled from 29 to 59 in LDoN. If you can get a good bard, who can sing 3 to 4 songs at once, get BL, mage, tank (any), and healer (any), go for LDoN dungeon clear on High difficulty. Best way to do this is choose collect, but do not loot the last item until timer is under 10 mins. Then you have a half hour to finish.
The bard can pull and mez some adds. Necro can mez one with scream terror, and pets can separate the rest. Usually the bard and pets will take care of crowd control.
This will help you get stats on adventure stone, a chance for aug, and some xp. You could use Shadowbond to assist the healer. In addition, since you have beast crack, Lich, and mana skin, feel free to unleash all your dots, nukes, and have fun doing your thing your way.
Best healer seems to be druid, for max heal and succor. Also, the melees like the shaman healer, for his buffs. Plus, the shaman has the extra pet.
Clerics have good hp buffs, rez, and a big heal. However, some clerics do not use complete heal. I'd be careful before choosing a cleric.
Using this method, you could do 6 adventures per day.

Right now level 62 I've found LDON to be great experience up to level 50, it greatly relieves stress though, because you can get 10% exp per adventure and if you have good people in your group, you can easily gain a level a day. Though most LDON's you can probably solo as of level 59, and the possibility of finding a group may be hard, build groups and you'll find that exp is good in LDON as long as you clear the dungeon.

hmm, I agree that for the time spent, we are better off going to the planes than looking for a group and doing LDON. Even better are some under utilized older zones that are now mostly empty. However, LDON does provide something unique not available in other areas: LOOT
I have seen some incredible stuff purchased with the LDON points plus they get to augment that stuff for almost any stat. This alone makes the LDON adventures very worthwhile. Also, if you do the harder adventures, experience can be very nice; however, you need a good group that you know well to handle that type of adventure. Grouping with unknown and untried players in a tough adventure is an almost guaranteed way to fail or die.

recently when I've been in dungeons, I've not go more than 5% exp per dungeons, thats sometimes taking out a big portion of the dungeon. So I've not been please with LDON in the last few weeks. may have something to do with lvl 54, but I didn't think so. Though I'm finially making good adventure points from it. :)

LDoN..Hard with Guildies who are 60+ is great xp and the points add up fast. Some nice items to purchase with points like Boon for your pets.
Best group I have been in was Shammy, Cleric, Bst, Bst, Mage and Me (Necro). Everyone but me and the Mage were swingin' at mobs and the 5 pets really add up some serious dps...average time to complete a slaughter or collect is 30-45 minutes...but we usuaully slaughter the entire dungeon on collect anyways.
Just wish I was on more often....xp is even slower when you don't play.
