Venin, EE's etc

With 6 sec cast time it's next to impossible to land kill shots these days. Not to mention EE's procs are way to rare.

Is there any reason why Venin can't be changed to 0.5 cast time with 6 sec recast time? Up mana cost for all i care. It's next to impossible to land kill shots on raids with wizard instant's even if i solo my dots kill the mob in 95% of cases when i tryed to land a kill shot with venin.

And while we're at it ... removing "summoned" flag from EE's would be great so we could actually use reagent conservation focus.

Alternativelly we could get a expendable (class) aa that summons X nr of EE's when you use it.

I've brought this up..being that it's an issue that requires an answer from prathun, we'll probably never get an answer..

I don't even bother trying to make EE's unless I'm soloing, and even then mostly on light blues that I have dying 3 or 4 at a time.

Prat issues take a PR campaign heh. Someone wanna make 20 threads on eqlive? Fucking EE's spells aren't doing what they were intended to do. IMO EE's should come at like a flat 5% per nuke, and not require a killshot. I don't think that coding is even on rank 2 or 3. And I don't think it ever worked on Vakk'dra's to begin with.

Someone actually complained about Vakk`dra's not producing EE's anymore. Which leads me to believe that s/he did attain at least one via the dot..the problem with it was, multiple ranks weren't stacking due to that mechanic, so people wanted it fixed or removed. Whenever you give someone a choice like that..they'll take the easy way out.

I've asked that venin's cast time be lowered..but ya, it's pretty much like telling my cat. Please don't start a "PR campaign". 20 threads is a bit much. IF someone starts a thread on the Vet forums, post on it and maybe keep it on the front page for a while..and I'll forward it along to Rashere and Prathun.

Ya I was pretty certain I put J/K in there but I forgot it appears lol. Usually things posted on eqlive have exactly the opposite of the intended effect.
