Heya everyone, i started my necro alt a while back and only started playing him more the past few weeks. I've been kiting HoH and using my beastlord box for out of group dps. My DoT lineup is Embracing Darkness, Dark Plague, Night Fire, Funeral Pyre of Kelador and Blood of Thule, my main specialization is Alteration.
I was wondering which AA would benefit me most for now? I was thinking of getting some survival AAs done but they don't serve me much(if in danger i slow mobs and have a cleric bot ready to rez). Magelo is current, i haven't worried much about gear, pretty much just piece together stuff that i find while playing my pally.
Thanks in advance =).

I would level up to 66 and get Death Peace, then work on AAs. It will be much nicer/easier. If you want survivals, work on Combat Agility and then Lightning Reflexes. They are the best bang for the buck defensive wise. Also, you might want to pick up Theft of Life. Its really good value. Pet Discipline and Swift Journey 2 are other ones I found to be quite helpful.
I see you already have some important ones for your level, like Crit Affliction 3 and Spell Casting Mastery 3. Cool.
On the other hand, if you don't want to do survivals or if you feel they won't benefit you, you could play with some fun ones like WTD 3 into AoTD.
Just my two bits.

I wouldn't worry about defensives until much later in your AA life. I would recommend Death Peace as well and also the remaining run AAs. And to be honest, if I were you, I'd just hit the levels. I'd only stop to grind crit AAs and as soon as I got all the ones up to my current level, I would start leveling again. They are what it's all about. Oh and get pet disc! /pet hold is a MUST for anyone who groups/raids. Hell, solo-ing. I use it all the time, every time. I may need to take a few hits before FD fires and I'd rather not have my pet aggro on the mob and get munched. Basically, anything that increases your DPS is what you wanna grab hold of. If it aint a big boost, don't fool with it till you're 75. But that's just my feelings. There are plenty of others who will give you other advice. Ultimately the best advice I could give you is analyze your play style, look thru the AAs that you think you would enhance how you play, ask questions and LISTEN (sorry, but so many forget to do that part), and then decide which ones will give you the best return for your time invested.
