Have Enslave Death -- Will Travel.
The common complaint about the Charm tactic on Mista Foreman is that his MR is so ridiculous that even a charm with a negative MR check, like Thrall of Bones, doesn't stick to him for more than a few seconds, if indeed it sticks at all.
The answer? Enslave Death, boys and ghouls. You'll note that this otherwise-useless spell is capable of charming any undead that isn't immune to Charm, level 57 and below. You'll note also that the spell is UNRESISTABLE, and has a fixed duration of 30 seconds, which is ample time to hand in the Jade, and FD.
Don't have Enslave Death? It sells on most servers for approximately 2,000pp, which is pocket change for a Level 59 necromancer.
