Gorku Mesa

I have been told it is good there for aggro kiting wolves,bears and snakes. I seem to have more questions than answers at the moment :-), like where the hell is Gorku Mesa and how do I get there....
I do miss those great maps in EQ Atlas since it no longer seems to be getting updated.

I forget how to get there through the zones. But if you are in a guild, use the guild teleporter. Buy a gem from the gnome guy in the guild hall and give it back to him and he will enable the teleporter. The gems you buy determine the zone you go to. Gorukar <sp> mesa is labeled directly. I believe it is Gorukar Mesa sandstone, but not possitive.

Isn't there a way to view the atlas of Norrath through the Map window now a days? If you can figure that out, it can tell you how to run home if you ever forgot how to gate.

High Hold Keep gets you to TSS.

Take the portal for Blightfire Moors (Cresent Reach) in POK. This puts you in Bightfire. Head north to zone for Gurukar Mesa. Portal is near the Nexus stone.

Thank you very much! Well that solves one problem, why I could not find any reference to Gorku Mesa in the Everquest sites! :-)))
I was definitely told Gorku Mesa :-) I have not done much with TSS though I did buy the expansion, I am still trying to decide if it is worth me getting The Buried Sea as I spend almost all my time solo`ing at lvl 46.
