Hey all!
First post here!
Finally moving up to the 50's and I got a question about HP Regen Items.
I hear they stack for up to 35 regen. Is that true? But alas, my main question is with itmes with Regeneration ability without a number at its side (Z. Heart).
Do those stack up? or only the ones with say Regeneration II & III, etc.

Item regen tops out at 35hps per tick. It's my understanding though, that the AA Regen and Iksar regen do not count toward this. Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong.

Also unsure if spell regen goes above the 35 limit.

Oh, and Tribute regen counts as item regen for purposes of the 35 limit.

Good hunting.

My personal opinion is that between hp regen and mana regen that I would go for mana regen. I starting to work on maxing out my flowing thought max of 15/tick. Add to that Mental clarity 3 for another three. Add to that Protection of the nine for 8 per tick. then force shield for 2/tick. Finally throw in your lich form for 50/tick (seduction of saryn) and you got some nice regen = 78/tick. Currently im at 61 mana per tick. I still have to med occasionally, which is really, when my HP's start to drop. However, with a little faster regen, I feel I'll be able to pull non-stop which means, my hps should never drop that much.

Now if i could get insane hp regen on top of this, great, but thats a pretty difficult goal to accomplish. First ill max mana regen, then Ill look at my gear that isnt required for that and replace what i can with HP regen.

The regen cap of 35 is referring to "worn" effects. Meaning you can have as many regen 1-10(or whatever) items as you want, and they'll stack upto 35. The regen on the zheart is labeled regen, that's regen5 it's like the spell "regeneration" but it's worn not a buff, so it counts against the 35 regen worn cap. Now you can have 35 regen in items, and buffs like pot9, replineshment, rejuvenation, chorus of marr, spiritual dominion, and as long as you have room for the buffs, you'll have increased regen. (read, spell regen does not effect worn regen caps) I've read tribute regen counts against the cap as well...but I personally have no experience with the tribute system, so I can't verify that.
