Do I lose exp if I FD?

If I FD during a fight or FD and let pet kill a mob and remain FD while mob dies, do I receive less exp than normal?

Your pet is an extention of you. You get all xp.

At one point in time you got less xp if your pet did all the work and charmed pets reduce XP but the charm breaks when you FD, but yeah you get XP.

I'm fairly certain that charmed npc's do not steal xp anymore.

used to be, group had to do 50% +1 of the damage vs the charmed pet to get full xp. (I do not recall if this was changed back but if egg thinks so then maybe it was)

For regular pet, pc or group had to do at least 1 pt of damage to get all the xp.

FD doesn't factor in the equation at all, in this case. If your pet, or group is on the hate list of the mob when it dies, you will get your share of xp.

One exception to this is if neither your group nor your pet has aggro, it is possible (even likely) you will not get xp while FD if someone else kills the mob.

Used to be 50%+1 to get Xp from a charmed pet,if you didn't pet got 90% you got 10% or similar.

They changed it a few years ago, so now if you do a single point of damage you get full XP.

You *always* get 100% Xp from a summoned pet kill.
