Problems with Mana Resurgence.

Recently i noticed i never get any procs from Mana Tesurgence anymore.

It works np on lifetap but i see absolutely nothing on dots.

It didn't metter if it was mana resurgence rank 1 or 2.

Anyone noticed something similar by chance?

it was mentioned immediately after the expansion went live, but i cant find the post to link to. mana recursion doesnt work either on dots over level 75 iirc.

WTF do they bother making Mana Flare and Mana recursion work for dots but upgrade to them works on DD's only?

Hope it's an oversight, because Mana Flare and Mana recursion still work on dots just not on dots over lvl 75.

Mana recurgance will also remove bloodmagic if you have it active. Was in Gyrospire and Chanter was useing it on me. I Noticed whenever chater would cast it when i had bloodmagic active it would remove it. Seems that it was DD only to and mana flare will only proc on a 75 and below spell. Was toying with both after i noticed the bloodmagic thing. - Jarlax
