Nope, I tested it with Fabled Wand of the Firestorm. Tried corruption, fire, disease, poison, magic DoTs, none worked.

Would much rather have 25% dot only then 18% all det to 80, considering it's pretty simple to get a trade able t2 item thats close to 18% all det anyway.

i was looking at my fabled bauble and they have changed the wording on it . dosen't mean they changed the effect but it says
increases the dmg of damage over time spells

i spent a few minutes testing it on fabled bauble deffinatly is effecting dots now.
