Hotkeys and UI's

Pardon me if this topic was covered elsewhere. I did a search and couldnt find what I was looking for.

Im new to the necro class and was wondering if some of the more experienced players can post some of the hotkeys/macros they have in thier various hotbanks.


I was also curious as to what UI's different people are using. If anyone could put up some pics I would really appreciate it.

I dont really have any macros set up. I do however have spells in some of my hotkey slots for quick casting. When the pet window was introduced I pretty much hardly look at the hotkey pad. On my page 1 I have 4 spells gems, sit button, spell book, assist button, Incoming msg, hide button, and a pet back off button.

As for UI's I use Lodi Dodi. (http://www.lodidodi.net) It's basic but it has what I need and I like the look.

Skul you don't need a hotkey for spellbook. Theres a dropdown menu now makes it muuuch easier and you can save spell sets up to 10 of em. Only time i See my spellbook is scribing new spells.

I don't use many macro's as a necro,but here are some of them

This one only works if your a Iksar since Iksar's can forage

-=Forage=-

/doability 4 <--- have to mess around with the numbers till you find out which one is forage
/pause 1 <-- pauses a sec to forage
/autoinv <-- automatically throws what ever is in your hand into your Inventory

-=Mezzing=- (I find my self as the CC of alot of Sro or BB Ldon's)

/g %t is MEZZED! Leave is the fuck alone!
--simple and to the point, use this after a succeful Mez(some people have one for when they cast mez such as /g attemping to mez %t but that is just too much spam if ya ask me)

-=Twitching=-

/2 Twitching %t, If only they knew the true power of our MANA!!!!!!!!
---Mainly for raids to let the other necros in the necro channel who needs twichting

-=Assist=-

/assist (name of MA) <--- just gives you the target of the person's name you enter


-=Pet Hold=-

/pet hold
/pause 1 <--- gives your pet a sec to get out of range of the mob thats still beating on him
/pet backoff <-- ensures when you tell your pet to attack again that is will not go after the mob you just pulled it off of in case you had to switch targets
