Anyone know where and from whom these are dropping?

I believe it is a quest. There was some post on it earlier, although I'm not sure it was a detailed walkthrough.

you just do the quest as if you are going for the old school boots, only change is that you need the fabled ring off the fabled undead cyclops

uhh i dunno if that works or not, but fabled drelzna drops them in najena for sure.

Yes the fabled are droped and are clickable insta sow targetable so makes them muh better then reg jboots pet running at sow helps. Been in a 30+ hours waiting line on saryrn for them lol. Almost there got to go to work so praying comp doesnt decide to screw me and ld. hope that helps better get there quick if your server same way.

Just an FYI. The effect on these boots has been changed on Test to Bootstrutters Blessing. Self only 40 or 45 % speed increase.
