First off let me say I am new here, just registered today because Im starting to play my Necro. So right now I am currently level 24. I have grouped my way up to there so I have near no soloing experience. Right now im thinking about going to the Feerott because thats the hotzone but if someone could please explain to me what the single pulling technique is for my level? that would be great and if someone could also maybe give me the spells I should have memmed for this that would also be great. Before I never really played my necromancer seriously so I am probably missing some crucial spells here and there so thats why I ask. Thanks again :)

Thanks much for that link ill go check that place out. Another question, the DoTs I am currently using at 25 is Heart Flutter, Heat Blood, and Engulfing darkness. Is this good? should I be using more? or should I have better ones?

You can use Allakhazam (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spelllist.html?1) to look, level by level, at what spells are available.
For soloing, when I was little I found this thread (possibly NSFW sigs) (http://www.eqnecro.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=305) invaluable.
Specifically for single pulling, you need Feign Death (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=366). Snare your target. Unsnared adds will follow. Run a short distance away (far enough to separate your snared target mob from the aggro range of the others once they have wandered back to where they were) and FD. Wait for other unsnared mobs to roam back to where they were (in some cases, and when separating from roamer mobs especially, you will need to wait for a "Your enemies have forgotten you" message). Stand, and if you have pulled your target far enough away that he doesn't aggro others, refresh snare and dot up. Kill.
