you are going to be better off with 2 clerics in tank group, but a good set up for Fippy group is 2 necros, Ranger, Beastlord, SK, shaman. This will give you non stop Benevolence with 3 classes that can spam near instant spells. But for fippy you can do 1 necro and just use RB on Fippy phases and not use it on add phases in between, but you will run the risk of Fippy phase taking longer than 3 minutes. Only phase that should take that long is Phase 2. You can also sub in other classes to the group just want to have at least 2 classes that can spam spells, there is no point in putting a necro in a group with 3 tanks and 2 clerics since the only one casting detrimental spells would be the necro. I like to use Rangers and Beastlords because they have .5 sec DD spells they can spam.

So some options RB group

Necro for RB, maybe 2 for continuous heals.

SK, Pally for off tank or Phase 3 tank and more detrimental spells.

Ranger, Beastlord, or other class that can spam spells and not take agro.

Healer, prolly Shaman or druid.

The random nature of RB along with the fact that it procs off spells makes it not very useful in tank groups. It's best IMO for mobs that have high AE damage, especially if you're light on healers for every group. In theory, a group of necros could keep RB up constantly and not need a healer, but in harder, damage spikey raids, it's good to have back up heals.

The proc chance it too low to make it reliable. It "Can" work but its risky.

Ive done venomlord and mindshear avatar in korafax with two necros and with rest of group being wizard mages.

Necros though have to max extention aa so there is zero gap between RB buffs between the two necros.

Thats the important part. Yes you need max extension and 2 necro can keep it going, which is cool, however you need the rest of the group to be nukers to get the procs actually rolling. Oh yeah and you can't run Mana Reiterate or it won't even land on anyone due to stacking issues.

OH I wouldn't say that. I really like the AA but I wish it had more ranks to increase the percentage from whatever it currently is(about 25%) to closer to 50% or more. I suppose the flaw is that it would end up "too good" or too useful. I'm not sure.

Solo it is very weak. It helps if you think of it as a theft of life add on, and don't count on it.

In a group with a mess of DD/DoT casters, I love it. I just wish it would stack with MR.

Don't forget, it has a chance to fire EVERY time you "cast " a spell too. If you have bard arcane arietta on that also can proc it. If you have on of the UF DD augs ( or more than one) that also can proc it. It can only proc once per set of casts. So if you have a bard you cast a spell and game checks cast for RB, then checks chance for bard song to fire, if it fires it checks RB again, then it checks UF augs I think at a 25% chance to proc if that procs then it checks again for RB. It stops after the first successful RB in all that but if you have all those on you and alot of casters in group that also are getting song and some have the UF augs, it will damn near chain fire.
