Finnally getting around to starting my necro any suggestioons on fast leveling
builds
i'll be solo for the most part/ farming sets of gear with my reaver so he will be
twinked

and also any suggestions on a good trinket

with how mind numbingly easy it was for my marksmen/ranger/rift walker build. im pretty sure anything you do will level just fine. mana and hp regen so fast that you can just chain one spell/ability

a pet may help. my ranger build had a pet and ive heard GREAT things about necro/chloro/warlock

DPS Nec Build

The two Roles that I've built up are a NecroLock and a ChloroNec. I play both of these roles with an Archon soul as a zero point 3rd soul because at zero points the archons get two dmg spells that include 5-minute self buffs. The HP buff adds 500hp with 5-stacks on, and the DEX/INT buff with 5-stacks is a noticeable mana increase and "dmg taken" decrease.

Healer Nec build

This is the soul point distribution that I like to use. Again, I use a zero point archon soul just for the 5-minute self buffs. I build up these buffs to 5-stacks each on trash mobs before engaging the elite/Named.

The strategy here is a bit simpler: 1) Lifegiving Veil buff on you the caster, and 2) Synthesis on the group tank (or your pet if you're soloing).

Keep in mind that if you don't like a soul-point distribution it only costs 35gold to reset them to zero. From there you get to respend them all.

I've reset my builds several times, but the two above are what I've settled on at 50. They definitely offer the best of everything I want to play with.

i have been convinced to give rift another try. thinking necro/warlock/pyro

I have a 33/33 necro/lock build for dps and a necro/chloro build similar to what's already listed.

The third tree for both has zero points, I switch between, dominator and archon pending group composition for both roles..whenever the situation dictates - CC or buffs. They're good builds, and common so I won't link..that and I think it's better for people to tweek their builds to their playstyles. That and with 33 points in each tree..there's not a whole ton of room to make any drastic ommissions.

From the listed build, I would take radiate death and neddra's essence from the warlock tree..One refreshes 2 dots and spreads them to multiple mobs and the other for survivability from agro of the ae damage you're doing by spreading that damage.

Take the points from improved life leach imo.
