700hp/mana gear from a nonsummoner?

Infos of what sort? There's 2 that I know of, a named Ikaav and a Noc. The Ikaav has a static PH near the bridge in the middle of the zone, it's on the City of Dranik side of the bridge. The Noc is a wanderer further north of that.

But, as I stated in that thread, there's not been one drop yet on those nameds that I've seen that is necro usable outside of the rare/uncommon essences (which dropped once out of 6-7 named)...and you'll need an essence from FoS/Kith and an essence from Tosk to use at it at the very least.

Tons of those drops are necro usable.

~700 hp range with dodge 5
~700 hp ear with det dur to 85
~700 hp ring with bene ext(might be bene something else don't remember)

If your lucky you get the version with slot 7 and 3's.

Those are from the non summoning mobs in bloodfields?

If so then good but the RNG must hate me since I got 5 mnk war rog sk items and 2 priest rings.

Nothing detail-wise was on that thread; there's far more info on this thread right here now. It was mostly some folks bitching that a named could be kited that dropped relevant loot, demanding immediate nerfs to the mobs. And of course, me stiring the pot pointing out the same mobs will be solo'd +merc by quite a few other classes in a month or two.

Not the only named that drop this level of gear and do not summon. While I didn't get to see the thread that was linked before it was moved, I know of two named that do not summon and drop very nice loot, including a nice caster only item. And neither is in OBF or CoD.

Those recommended valus are from augs not from items. Items are lvl 85 required without recommended values. Items inherit them from augs tho.

Huh, so there's a few random named in a few zones that are kitable? Makes me wonder if that was intentional bone tossing?
Or is it simply specific mob_types that don't summon/snare immune that happen to be named & never got tweaked with named mechanics?

I haven't found any named in FoS that doesn't summon, though a few can be snared.

It's clearly a misstake. I hardly doubt they intended to make tier 5 zones nameds dropping tier 5 armor molds and 730 hp loot soloable by lvl 77 necros.

I just hope we wont end up with 100% of the tone summoning after nerf like they did with Crystallos.

I think that may just be the case. In Old Bloodfields, and I assume City of Dranik, the Kyv summon but nothing else does. And I've yet to see anything immune to runspeed.

I think that had to do more with keeping the factioning a PITA then the fact we could solo there prenerf. Had the main mode of factioning not been a repeatable quest with drops from trash mobs there, I think it would have been less harsh. There isn't really a way of keeping us from soloing that faction quicker then people could group it without making it more difficult for everyone else, aside from summoning mobs.

And yeah, I doubt non summoning named are intended.
