So worse than the level 38 spell? and the lower versions less than the level 17 spell.

Beastlords have the same "fix" for sha's reprisal. I don't know how things are "OK" for 2-3+ expansions and then suddenly unbalancing!

      Rifting sucked, back for more.

Well, I misunderstood what the change meant. I think the descriptions are wrong, let's see if they get updated.

The AA's should still be better than the spell after the change.

You know what's funny Jeb? The wording for the Enchanter, Beastlord, and Necro "fix" was identical. In realtiy, Enchanter and Beastlord slows were both buffed upwards, while ours was cut in half. Go figure.

          Enchanter from 70 to 73%
          Beastlord from 66 to 68%

its less because we have to work harder to make it stick... havent you noticed they way they operate? The harder you work the more you get nerfed. The less you do the more they give you. Obamaquest ftw

So, are we back to Shackle of Spirit for slowing? Haven't been able to try it out to see yet.

The AA should be as good or better than shackle. Neither are going to land for full. I'm getting partial on both. The AA saves you a spell slot.

Partial on a 70% slow and Partial on a 40% slow are not the same amount of slowing. So it does matter. And maybe worth using the spell vs the AA, if you need slow to kill the mob.

I didn't realize that. I assumed it just slowed to a certain % and anything over that would get the partial feedback. Thanks for the clarification.
