All sod raid gear has type-3 slots?

I've been noticing (following magelos) that all the raiders are dripping with empty type-3 slots because every piece of gear has the slot. I've also done some looking around on lucy and I have't (yet) noticed any sod raid gear that lacks a type-3 slot.

Is this so?

I'm not in SoD yet, but SoF is certainly that way. I remember hearing concerns about the non type 3 versions rotting on raids since everyone would wait on the type 3; I believe a dev said then that all non-visible SoF raid drops have the type 3 slot, and there isn't a non-type 3 version.

Yeah, every type3 SoF and SoD raid drop is type3. Ear x2, neck, face, fingers x2, shoulders, back, waist, shield, range, charm.

No kidding. I've got upgrades banked because I cant afford the loss of type-3 focus's. Haven't even seen a type-3 group piece I can wear yet, much less won the roll on one.

Up till a few weeks ago I wore that 400hp/mana ring you could buy at ally for 100pp from HoS vendors. I still have 2 pieces of crystallos group gear and the tradeskill quest eron's jewelry for type3's as well. The groupable SoD type3's are kinda rare, but I lucked out and got 2 before they made everything summon in bloodfields.

Woot I got two type-3 slots since I made this post. Next time somebody tries to tell you that complaining about something never gets you nowhere...
